What happens to booking form details
The form fields are used in your browser's memory to prepare a message. The website does not send them to a Best Transport server or store them in an account or database.
If you choose “Continue with WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered so it can prepare a message. WhatsApp receives those details when the link opens. Best Transport receives the request only after you press “Send” in WhatsApp. If you send the message, the conversation may remain in the WhatsApp service and on the devices involved; the website does not create a separate database copy.
WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta. WhatsApp's processing is governed by its EEA Privacy Policy.
Technical data and hosting
When a page loads, the hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser type and response code. These details may appear in server logs under the hosting service's configuration and retention period. Best Transport does not use those logs for advertising or profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
If you send us a transfer request, we use the message details to reply and, where relevant, prepare to enter into a service contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical access logs may be processed for the legitimate interest of maintaining website security and operation.
How long information is kept
The website does not retain form entries after you leave the page and does not maintain a booking database. If you send a WhatsApp or email message, it may remain in the communication service and on the devices used for the conversation. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period set in the hosting configuration.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
Traffic analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the banner. If you reject it, the tag does not load and this integration sends no data to Google. You can withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings”.
After consent, Google Analytics may use its own cookies, such as _ga and _ga_*, and receive information about pages visited, site interactions, and the browser or device used to produce traffic reports. Google uses the IP address for approximate location and removes it before Analytics data is stored. The tag is configured without Google Signals or ad personalization. The form does not send the name, phone number, or email entered by a visitor to Analytics.
